Ask a new question. We are testing teams and are not able to make Ip video calls or chat with desktop client. Web client works fine. Settings for Allow ipvideo and chat are on. As far as I can tell. I did some tests on my side by clicking the audio call button on the right corner and I can call someone successfully.
