I have an HP Envoy tower computer desktop about 5 years old running Windows We had an electrical company transformer outside the house go out. When I restarted my computer, I could not get my computer to talk to the LaserJet It is connected by an SB cable. I have tried installing from the original CD that came with the , but my computer will not accept it. Is there anything I can download with proper instructions? This model printer is not compatible with the HP Smart app due to its age and there is no driver available on the HP Support site.
